My a double room was well-appointed with cable channels, a microwave and a fridge. Private bathroom. The location couldn't be more beautiful and amazing right on the river- walking distance to everything. Besides, it was not far from Guadalupe river.

We loved our stay at Horseshoe Riverside Lodge! The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the river from our patio. The room was spotless and the innkeeper was friendly and welcoming. The outdoor amenities, like the fire pits and swings, were a great addition. We'll definitely be back!
The mattress was a bit too soft for our liking, and the wifi was a bit weak. But considering the relaxing location, these were minor inconveniences.

The lodge is perfect for those looking for a relaxing stay close to the river. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The view from the back of the lodge is breathtaking, and the outside space is perfect for families. The lodge also has various facilities for children to play with, such as swings and slides. Moreover, the lodge is located in close proximity to Gruene, which provides easy access to local attractions.
While the lodging is fantastic, the Wi-Fi might be weak, which might not suit people looking to work from their rooms.

What a fantastic place to spend Thanksgivings! The location was spot-on, with access to river tubing that made the whole trip so much more enjoyable. We also loved the private entrance to a small river which we used to fish and BBQ. The fire pits were simply delightful and it was great to sit outside in the night and watch the stars while having a great conversation with friends or family!
Though the stay was great most of the time, there were a couple of small issues. First, the lack of vending machines or an ice maker was inconvenient, and we had to go out of the site to purchase ice and drinks which took up some of our tubing time.

Had a great xmas break at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfy, and the outside space was amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful view from the patio and had fun fishing in the river just a few steps away from our room. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better!
The mattress was a bit too soft for me, but that's just a personal preference. the wifi was a bit weak, but honestly, we didn't really need it since we came here to relax.

Nothing all excellent.
